DELIVERY
In metropolitan France
Delivery is free from 200 euros, in France, at home or relay point (3 to 5 working days).
If you live in Paris, you can also pick up your order by appointment at showroom ! To make an appointment, write to us at contact@barje-paris.fr
Internationally
Home delivery by Colissimo or Mondial Relay if your country is eligible. For any special requests write to contact@barje-paris.fr
RETURNS
To make a request please write to the following address: contact@barje-paris.fr
The return is the responsibility of the customer, by the carrier of his choice (except Mondial Relay) and at his own risk. It can be carried out, within a maximum of 14 days, at showroom or by post. The products must be in their original condition (not worn). Once the return is received, the refund/exchange is made within 14 days.
REFUND
Once your return is received, the refund is made within 15 days.

1. Faites votre demande via notre portail.
2. Rapprochez-vous de l'artisan de votre choix afin de faire les retouches.
3. Envoyez nous une photo de la pièce retouchée et la facture via votre espace client.
Nous vous proposons de prendre en charge jusqu'à 18 euros de vos frais.
Alors, pour vos prochaines commandes, dites NON au retour et OUI au retouche.
